First, the cooling system connected to the machine is started.
It is cooled by giving cold water to the rolls.
The dough feeding system is started.
When the dough comes to the opening section, the thickness and
thickness of the dough coming out from the touch screen is adjusted.
The opened dough passes through the starching
section with the band system and is wrapped around the rolling pin.
Then the dough is collected on the rolling pin and spread
out on a tray, and it is ready to make baklava.
